SP Sport Maxx is a high performance summer tyre designed specially for sports car, coupes and sedans. It gives excellent traction on dry and wet surface. SP sport Maxx tyre is an exceptional blend of silica and carbon black tread compound. The tread is highly directional in design which has large independent shoulder blocks, Hydro-paddle intermediate ribs and continuous center ribs. The independent shoulder block provides comfortable ride. Hydro-paddle rib helps in draining the water quickly and increases the hydroplaning resistance. It also gives good handling response. Continuous center rib gives good driving control and stability. The tyre is internally embedded with twin steel belts by Dunlop’s JointLess Band spirally wrapped nylon which provides high speed durability for the tyre. The Integral Rubber Matrix enhances the compound dispersion and adherence. The Multi-Radius Tread technology ensures that uniform pressure is distributed across the contact patch and the ride is comfortable. The 5-Pitch technology facilitates in reducing the noise level.

Comments : Usure rapide par rapport aux Michelin PS2 et surtout plus étonnant une consommation en hausse en moyenne de 0,5l/100 sur un longue période, donc chiffre assez valide ! Le pneu est moins cher que le PS2, comparable, mais il dure moins et consomme plus !!!
