Proxes RA-1 is an ultra high performance tyre specially developed for racing cars. The heavy duty bead wire construction gives stability to the tyre. The advanced tread compound enhances grip on dry and wet surface. It also decreases the uneven tread wear and improves the life expectancy of the tyre. At high speed, for thermal stability two ply rayon casing is used in the construction, while heat resistance is provided by the base compound. The rigid sidewalls are used for stability during cornering. Excellent contact patch and grip at high speed is obtained by the nylon cap and edge piles. At high speeds, the special steel wire with reinforced sidewalls protects the casing piles and offers heat resistance.
