| 1) What should I do if I change my mind about my order? |
Do you wish to cancel your order? Contact us as quickly as possible by email. Don't forget to indicate your order number. If no payment was sent, we will simply cancel your order.
If the order has already been paid for and the tyres sent, you have seven (7) business days to retract. PNEUS-ONLINE will happily exchange or reimburse any product returned within the legal time limit. You must pay the return shipping costs. The retraction period starts the day the products are delivered (as indicated on the delivery slip). The products can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition - that is, the condition upon delivery. |
| 2) Can I order a tyre that is not in stock? |
| All the tyres in stock are shown on the site. If the tyres you are looking for are not shown, they are no longer in stock. We cannot process an order for tyres that are not in stock. There are new arrivals every day, so visit our site often. |
| 3) What should I do if I did not receive a bill with my delivery? |
| You did not receive your bill upon delivery of your tyres. If you wish, you can consult and print your bill on PNEUS-ONLINE. To do so, simply go to 'MY ACCOUNT', enter your email and password and click on the order number link that will appear. Then just print the document in PDF format. |
| 4) Why don't the tyre centre prices indicated on the site match actual prices? |
| The prices at partner tyre centres are subject to change. We are not always informed of these changes. We cannot be held liable for the difference between the prices on our site and garage prices. Also, these prices are intended as estimates only by the tyre centres and prices can vary according to the following criteria: vehicle (car, SUV, utility, etc.), tyre type (standard, pax, runflat, etc.), rim type (sheet metal or aluminum) and rim size. |
