| No. In accordance with the French law pertaining to computer technology, files, and freedoms enacted January 6, 1978, PNEUS-ONLINE processes information automatically for the purpose of use on the www.pneus-online.fr site, as reported to the C.N.I.L. (French commission for personal information protection). Personal data is obtained directly from the individual in question. Web site processing does not involve any other information processing. The data obtained is not shared with third parties and it is not sent outside the European Union. |

You must create a PNEUS-ONLINE account using your email address and a password.
You will then be able to place an order. |
| 3) I cannot place my order by internet. Is there another way to order? |
YES. You can place an order:
- by telephone if you are paying by credit card.
- by email if you are paying by bank transfer. In both cases, you must send us by fax or email a signed document in which you mention:
- the order (quantity, dimensions, load and speed indexes, brand and profile, and the price indicated on our site).
- delivery address and telephone number
- email address and password you used in registering on our site. If you do not have a PNEUS-ONLINE account, you must indicate an email address and a password as well as your address and the technical characteristics of your vehicle.
We will create an account on our site for you and place your order. You will receive a confirmation of the order by email. |

| Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer in the UK. |
| 5) What is the fastest payment method? |
| The order is confirmed once our bank has received payment (allow 24 to 48 hours for a bank transfer). This explains why delivery time for payment card transactions is shorter. |
| 6) Is it possible to make multiple payments? |
| No, we do not offer any sort of multiple payment plan. |
| 7) Is it possible to pay upon delivery? |
| No, the order will not be processed until payment has been received. We do not offer this payment method. |
| 8) Is payment by credit card secure? |
| Yes, credit card transactions are secure. During payment you will be automatically redirected to the site of our bank BNP Paribas via the Merc@net secure payment system, which prevents us from having access to your bank information. |
| 9) What should I do if payment using my credit card does not work? |
| You must contact us by email and indicate the order number. We will change your payment method (to bank transfer) or, if you wish to pay by credit card, we will cancel the order as payment cannot be received. You can then place another order and pay by credit card. |

| Yes. We only sell new tyres that carry the same manufacturer guarantee as other tyres sold in garages and auto centres. |

Yes. The Michelin guarantee paperwork must be filled out by the final client.
