Shipping fee
Shipping is free of charge.
Deadline
Delivery time ranges from three (3) to five (5) business days after payment is received and is given as an estimate only. Consequently, a longer delivery time can in no way result in rebates or cancellation of current orders.
Tyre handling
Tyres are attached with a plastic band or a solid plastic wrap.
A parcel generally contains 2 tyres (motorcycle tyres and car tyres up to 17 inches incl.)
Light truck tyres, 4x4, 4WD and car tyres 18 inches and above are usually shipped in parcels of 1 tyre.
It is mandatory that the client checks his tyres himself before the fitting is done. In case of mistake in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.
Parcel tracking
The client has the possibility to track his/her parcels thanks to parcel numbers communicated by email 48 to 72 hours after payment is received.
Parcel tracking number missing
If 48 to 72 hours after payment is received by PNEUS-ONLINE, parcel number is still not available, client must contact PNEUS-ONLINE
e-mail in order to obtain parcel numbers.
Delivery to a fitting station
The client has the possibility to choose a fitting station for the shipping and fitting of the tyres only. Fitting will be done in that specific fitting station only.
It is the client’s duty to contact the garage before ordering to make sure he can receive and mount the tyres.
It is mandatory that the client checks his tyres himself before the fitting is done. In case of mistake in the tyres shipped, the tyres will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.
Absence of consignee
Delivery is done by a transport company under contract with PNEUS-ONLINE. In case of absence, the delivery person is supposed to leave a delivery notice in the client’s mailbox. Client should then contact PNEUS-ONLINE
e-mail or the transport company within 3 to 4 days after initial delivery.
After this deadline, the tyres will be returned to the PNEUS-ONLINE warehouses.
If the client wishes to have the tyres delivered a second time, he must pay a set delivery price of 22 GBP, tax included, per tyre (See Terms and Conditions)
Partial delivery
In case of missing products at the time of delivery, the client must make mention of this in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the delivery person. The client must then rapidly inform PNEUS-ONLINE of his/her concerns by
e-mail, phone, or registered mail addressed to PNEUS-ONLINE, 71 chemin du moulin Carron, 69570 DARDILLY, FRANCE, within 48 hours after delivery.
PNEUS-ONLINE will then ship missing product rapidly to client.
Important !
If nothing is indicated on the delivery receipt, PNEUS-ONLINE will not take any complaint into consideration. (see Terms and Conditions)
Damaged products or non-matching to order products
In case of damaged or non-matching products received, the client has the right to refuse delivery and make mention of this in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the delivery person. The client has 7 days to fully check merchandise and make claim to PNEUS-ONLINE of his/her concerns by
email, phone, or registered mail addressed to PNEUS-ONLINE, 71 chemin du moulin Carron, 69570 DARDILLY, France.

Loss of parcel
If delivery has still not occured within 5 days after receipt of parcel numbers, the client must inform PNEUS-ONLINE by phone, fax or email.
A claim will then be filed with the transport company in order to find the reason for lateness.
Different case scenarios :
- Transport company does not find the shipping address or does not have shipping address anymore
Solution : Pneus-Online transmits the complete address to the transport company.
Parcel will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
- The parce lis not trackable. The transport company files a claim which can take up to 10 business days.
Solution : If the parcel is found, it will be shipped to the client.
If the parce lis lost, PNEUS-ONLINE proceeds to a new shipment or a refund of the order, according to client’s instructions.
